العديد من المشكلات التي تحدث خارج
نطاق الانترنت تشتمل على نموذج متعدد المتغيرات لشرح مشكلة الإيذاء الخطيرة عبر
الانترنت للضحايا ( جدول رقم 3) وللجناة ( جدول رقم 4) مع مراعاة الخصائص
الديمغرافية مع أن النتائج الأولية قد أشارت إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة بين
الجنس والعرق لجميع أشكال التسلط ، في مرحلة التحليل سوف تحدد ما إذا كانت العلاقة
بين المشكلات السلوكية خارج الانترنت
والسلوكيات الخطيرة عبر الانترنت تبقى ثابتة ، كما هو المتوقع جميع المشكلات
السلوكية خارج نطاق الانترنت ذات الصلة بالفروق الإحصائية لمشكلات التسلط الخطيرة
بالنسبة للضحايا والجناة ، وهذه المتغيرات
مع ذلك لا تشرح التباين في قضية التسلط ، مع أن التوقعات القوية تبين تجربة العنف
التقليدي للجاني أو الضحية ، سلوكيات العنف التقليدي أكثر من خمس مرات لسلوكيات
التسلط ، ووفقاً ل " Nagelkerke R2
" للضبط الديمغرافي تبين أن (10%) من
هذا التباين لصالح جناة التسلط ، وهذه المتغيرات في الدراسة الحالية ترتبط
بقضية التسلط بالإضافة إلى أن المتغيرات
البارزة تحتاج إلى الشرح والبيان ، ونأمل أن تتناول الدراسات في المستقبل
موضوعات مثل تقدير الذات وفاعلية قدرة الذات بسبب ارتباطها بالأمراض العاطفية
والنفسية للمراهقين .

المناقشة:
التسلط عبر الانترنت كظاهرة حازت اهتمام وسائل الأعلام الشعبية ومختلف
وكالات الأنباء ودراسات حالة وحكايات ، جمعت بعض البيانات كم قبل بعض مراكز أبحاث
تكنولوجيا المعلومات ومكاتب الخدمة الاجتماعية وقدمت لنا صورة غير واضحة عن انتشار
شكل خاض لحالة الانحراف ، وأشارت نتائج الدراسة الحالية إلى بعض القضايا المهمة
التي تستدعي المناقشة أولاً: تشير النتائج أن مشكلة التسلط
لا تميز بين متغيرات : الجنس والعرق ، فنتائج عامل الجنس تدعو إلى الاستغراب
لأنها تتعارض مع كثير من نتائج الدراسات التي تناولت العنف التقليدي التي تشير إلى
أن الذكور متورطون أكثر في العنف من البنات .

ومع ذلك الدراسة أشارت بشكل مستمر ان البنات المراهقات يشاركن بشكل مباشر
بأشكال قضية التسلط بما في ذلك حالات المضايقة العاطفية والنفسية على سبيل المثال
نشر الشائعات .

نظراً للحقيقة أن الغالبية العظمى لسلوكيات التسلط المتعلقة بطريقة غير مباشرة
بأشكال المضايقة والتحرش قد تشير إلى أن البنات يشاركن بالتساوي فيها مع الذكور ، بينما
نتائج متغير العرق غير متوقعة عند كشف الدراسات
توزيعه خلال جناة وضحايا العنف التقليدي (Graham
and Juvonen 2002 ) وقد يقال ببساطة
أن الخصائص الديمغرافية مثل الجنس والعرق تعرض عامل البيئة أقل التي تحدث بين علاقات
الناس من خلال النصوص الالكترونية .
التفسير البديل هو الخلفية التاريخية تعرض المجموعات الأقل قوة قوية خاصة
الجماعات غير المحرومة ، ومجموعات الأقلية بغض النظر عن العرق والطائفية ، قد لا تحظى
بشعبية في المدارس لا تظهر مهمشة عبر الانترنت ، وعلاوة على ذلك فأن المراهقين الذين
لا يدافعون عن أنفسهم في ساحات اللعب قد يكون عرضة بممارسة الاتصالات عبر الكمبيوتر

ورسائل نصية عبر الهاتف المحمول ) بالاتصال بالجاني الذي أساء إليه ، وقد يقال أن العنف
التقليدي يتطلب شخصية ذات صفات شخصية ومادية معينة حتى ولو لم يمتلك قدرة بدنية وكفاءة
اجتماعية ، فالتسلط عبر الانترنت لا تتطلب
الصفات الشخصية ويمكن أن تتجلى خارج نطاق الكراهية ، يمكن أن يقال أن معظم المشاركين
في ظاهرة التسلط ونتائجها واضحة يزدادون عددا سواء الجناة منهم أو الضحايا وأثرها السلبي
عليهم . والعمل الحالي يكشف وجود ارتباط بين التسلط عبر الانترنت والعنف المدرسي التقليدي
، فالطلبة الذين تعرضوا إلى العنف في المدرسة أو بقربها في الغالب يكونون ضحايا التسلط
عبر الانترنت كذلك الجاني او المعتدي في العنف التقليدي يكون معتدياً في التسلط ، فتاة
عمرها (13) سنة من كندا لها التجربة التالية:
آخر مرة تعرضت لحادثة التسلط عندما كنت في موقع " MSN " ( الرسائل الفورية
) من إحدى طالبات فصلي وهي لا تحبني بدأن تتكلم ضدي بكلمات نارية ( 148 S.

) ولغيري أيضا وأمرت حفنة من الطالبات أن يتحرشن بي ويتحدث أني حصلت على درجات منخفضة
في مادة الرياضيات وكيف أني عضيت إظفار أصابعي وما زلن يتحدثن عن أشياء أخرى عني بالمدرسة ليعرفها الجميع ، هذه النتائج تشير إلى العوامل
المرتبطة بسلوكيات العنف التقليدي ، وببساطة
أن الكمبيوتر والانترنت هي أدوات جديدة يمكن استخدامها في زيادة الأنشطة والسلوكيات
التقليدية ( ,1903
Tarde ) وفي الواقع أن التسلط يوظف التقدم التكنولوجي باستخدام أشكال التخويف والمضايقة
وسوء المعاملة للآخرين ، هؤلاء الذين يسيئون إلى زملائهم ربما اختاروا أن يفعلوا ذلك
في الواقع وبواسطة الانترنت ، يمكن ان تساعد نظرية علم الإجرام التقليدية في بيان العلاقة
بين العنف التقليدي والتسلط عبر الانترنت ، على سبيل المثال كل أشكال التسلط يمكن تعلمها
من خلال السلوك .

إلى العنف بالمدرسة قد يكون لها صلة بالانترنت ، نتائجنا حددت مجموعة فرعية للمراهقين
لهم تجارب بالتسلط في المدرسة أو في المنزل
ويجب على الدراسة أن تسعى لتحديد ما الذي جعل
هؤلاء المراهقين يختارون ضحاياهم في البيئات المختلفة ونظريات علم الضحايا قد تسهم في تحديد الأسباب (Von Hentig 1948 ) عموماً كل هذه التكهنات تكون مهمة في تقييم وتتطلب
تحقيق علمي إضافي .
أخيراً تقدم التفاصيل
النوعية من قبل الضحايا وأيضا تشهد خطورة قضية التسلط ، معظم المراهقين أفادوا عن تعرضهم
إلى تهديدات بدنية ( كنت في غرفة الدردشة هددني شخص أن يضربني لأنني أحب الفتاة التي
يحبها ) ( تلقيت رسالة تهديد عبر البريد الالكتروني بقتلي من أحد طلبة مدرستي ) فتاة
عمرها (14 ) سنة من تكساس قالت : أعتقد أن التسلط صفة سيئة في الشخص ومن الصعب الكشف
عنها ، ولا يعرفون من يقف وراء حادثة التسلط
كي يتحملوا نتائجها ، وأعتقد أن التسلط عملية مرعبة ويجب على الناس أن يوقفوها ". وفتاة عمرها (17) سنة تكرر هذه العبارة
:" التسلط عبر الانترنت مرعبة بسبب أنها تترك آثاراً على العقل قبل البدن ، تجعلني
أشعر بالضيق إلى درجة كيف أن الناس تسيء إلى الآخرين بواسطة الكمبيوتر ، تقول الناس
أشياء عبر الانترنت لكي تخاف الناس أكثر من أن يهددونهم جسدياً ، ويشعر الناس بالهلاك
عبر الانترنت أكثر من الأماكن الأخرى ، التسلط عبر الانترنت شيء سيء حقاً لأنه عبارة
عن تسلط عقلي هو أسوأ بعض الأحيان من تسلط بدني وتجعل الناس تتصرف تصرفاً خاطئاً ،
ويجعلني أغضب " .
هذا العمل الحالي حدد عوامل معينة التي تجعل بعض الناس عرضة أكثر
من غيرهم في ارتكاب التسلط عبر الانترنت سواء الجناة منهم أو الضحايا ، وما يبدو منطقياً
أكثر من حيث الحلول السياسة هو للتأكد أن المتورطين بالعنف التقليدي أن قابليتهم عبر
الانترنت متنوعة وتقديم خطة علاج لمنعهم ، شبكة الانترنت تزخر بنصائح السلامة وقوائم احترازية لإرشاد البالغين الذين لهم أولاد
يستخدمون الانترنت ، وتوجد برامج للبالغين متاحة لتحميلها عبر الكمبيوتر في المنازل
وفلترة الأشياء الضارة ، في دراسة ( Berson and colleagues(2002 ) أشارت إلى أهمية الحوار بين الاباء ومقدمي الرعاية
والمعلمين والأطفال وكيفية رصد أنشطة الأطفال ، وأخيرا المسئولية كبيرة وعلى عاتق الجميع
من الباحثين وأولياء الأمور وأبنائهم والمسئولين متابعة قضية التسلط وآثارها المدمرة
على طلبة المدارس للحد منها .
