أساطير ( خرافات ) وحقائق عن التسلط عبر الانترنت - 2





     ومستشارو المدرسة عليهم تشجيع الآباء على تعلم ماذا يعمل أطفالهم عبر الانترنت وكيفية الاستفادة من التكنولوجيا ، ومعرفة مميزات فيسبوك  تمكن الآباء والمعلمين على توجيه الطلبة كيف يحمون بياناتهم الشخصية إلى أقصى حد ممكن .

     وعلى الآباء مراقبة أنشطة الأطفال عبر الانترنت والمشاركة في البيئات كمشاهدة أشرطة فيديو يوتيوب المضحكة .

     يستطيع مستشارو المدرسة تنسيق الجهود بين المعلمين والمهتمين بشئون المراهقين والشباب لتمرير المعلومات إلى الآباء حلول التكنولوجيا المحددة ( مثل فلترة ، حجب ،أو تتبع البرامج ) التي تكون مفيدة لتحديد السلوكيات الخاطئة أو جمع الأدلة عن التسلط ، وللتأكد من أن هذه المقترحات لا تكون بديلاً وتحل محل الأنشطة الإنسانية والتدخل . 

     المستشارون و الآباء وغيرهم  لديهم مسئولية مساعدة الطلبة ليكونوا على دراية وفهم استخدام وسوء استخدام التكنولوجيا ، وتعليمهم كيف يقررون قرارات سليمة بشأن كيف يستخدمون التكنولوجيا ، وتعليمهم كيف يحمون أنفسهم وغيرهم ، الحلول التكنولوجية قد تكون مكملة أو نسخة طبق الأصل كيفية تعليم الشباب وتوجيههم .

     وقد تشتمل هذه الحلول على كلمة مرور لحماية شبكة الانترنت في المنزل واستخدام الانترنت  / البرمجيات بأمان والموافقة على خدمة التنصت السمعي الرقمية والكشف الرقابة الأبوية للهاتف المحمول .
(Kowalski et al., 2008 )

توعية الطلبة :
     بالتعاون مع بقية المربين ، تدريب الطلبة ( ويعرف باسم توجيه الفصول الدراسية ) لمواجهة التسلط  وتشتمل على  رفع كفاءة الطلبة التي تجعلهم يدركون العواقب الشخصية والقانونية للتسلط وتنمية مهارات حل المشكلات الاجتماعية و مهارة إدارة الغضب وتشجيع السلوك الاجتماعي الإيجابي وزيادة القدرة على التعاطف مع ضحايا التسلط  .
(Bradshaw, 2011)

     والطلبة الذين يشهدون حوادث التسلط أو يتعلمون كيف تحدث حادثة التسلط على الآخرين  ويتعلمون أيضا معرفو مسئولياتهم وكيف يدعمون بعضهم بعض .

     على الرغم من وفرة برامج سلامة الانترنت والتسلط متعلقة بالموارد المتاحة بالانترنت ، توجد خطط الدرس وعلاوة على ذلك مع تقيم هذه البرامج رسمياً ، وقيل هناك طرق واعدة ( أنظر على سبيل المثال Sabella, 2012a لتجميع خطط الدرس عن التسلط ) التي تشتمل على عناصر للمنع والتوعية عن التسلط التي أوصى بها الباحثون .

برامج القرين المساعد :
     جنباً إلى جانب مع المعلمين ، أولياء الأمور وآخرين من المهتمين بقضايا المراهقين والشباب ويجب على مرشدي المدارس الاستفادة من الخبرات الموجودة ،  ويمكن استخدام بعض الطلبة لتوعية زملائهم في الفصل حول الاستخدام المسئول للتكنولوجيا ، وبتوجيه من مرشد المدرسة  ، يستطيع المعلمون تدريب الطلبة ليعملوا مع الطلبة الصغار ويرشدوهم بحيث يتخذوا قرارات صابئة عند استخدام الانترنت بدءاً من  سن مبكرة ، ويعمل الطلبة مع الطلبة الآخرين الذين يكونوا في خطر مثلما يعملون لهم مشكلات الطفولة والقلق ويلعبون دوراً مهماً  في التدخل والمنع في حدوث قضايا التسلط .

     وأشار كل من ( 1995   ,  and Sabella   ، Myrick) إلى مميزات برامج القرين المساعد  تتكون من علاقات وتواصل جيد بين الطلبة ، وجيل من المشاعر الإيجابية ومناخ صحي في المدرسة .وتقييم خطط الدرس ، المحتوى العلمي ، أو تعلم الأنشطة من قبل الذين لهم على الأرجح نظرة ثاقبة عما يصلح وما لا يصلح وتوفير الأرضيات لم يقوم من القرناء المساعدين  بتقديم نموذج السلوك المناسب إلى  الطلبة لمحاكاة هذا السلوك وقامت ( Mustacchi (2009 ) بوصف كيف أن طلابها ساعدوها في تطوير دروسها ووسائل التعليم وفي نهاية المطاف تعليم بقية الطلبة بشأن التسلط وقضايا التكنولوجيا الأخرى :

     عندما بدأت بتطبيق المنهج في الخريف ، لاحظت كيف أن طلبة الصف الثامن يعرفون بحرص وإلحاح  بتعلم بعضهم من بعض ، مثل ركوب وتزلج على مياه البحر ، نقل القصص بين الطلبة وتبادل النصح وتخفيف أصواتهم ، وكانوا مثل الخبراء في بعض أشكال التفاعل عبر الانترنت ، وأدركت أنهم يستغلون  أي فرصة  في بيان تعطشهم إلى تلقي المعلومات وتبادلها بينهم  ، لذا طلبت من طلبة الصف الثامن تعليم طلبة الصف السادس ، وكانوا يطرحون الأسئلة ويطلبون من زملائهم التفكير قبل الإجابة مع وجود بعض طرق إبداعية لهم .

خدمات سرعة الاستجابة ( المستشار ) :
     أخيراً مرشدو المدرسة والاختصاصييون الاجتماعيون والنفسيون والعاملون في الصحة العقلية ( أولئك الذين يوفرون خدمات الاستشارة الشخصية الاجتماعية ) يمكنهم مساعدة ضحايا وجناة التسلط في شكل من أشكال خدمات سرعة الاستجابة . وهذا يشير إلى الأنشطة المحددة التي صممت لتلبية احتياجات الطلبة الفورية واهتماماتهم مثل الإرشاد الفردي أو إرشاد المجموعة الصغيرة والاستجابة والتدخل في الأزمات .

     ومن خلال هذه الأنشطة يمكن للعاملين مساعدة الطلبة خاصة الجناة منهم لفهم نتائج أفعالهم السيئة وإيجاد طرق لكبح الغضب والصراع بين الطلبة ، وجعل الخيارات أكثر عمقاً وفهماً في التفاعل الاجتماعي .

     ويمكن المستشارون مساعدة ضحايا التسلط الذين يحتاجون إلى المساعدة في قضايا الإجهاد والتوتر بعد الصدمة ، توجد طرق مفيدة في العمل مع الطلبة المتورطين بحوادث التسلط  ( الجناة والضحايا ) طريقة الاستشارة المختصرة (   SFBC   )  وطريقة العلاج الحقيقي (  (RT  ) وطريقة العلاج السلوكي الانفعالي الرشيد (REBT   )  .

     هذه الطرق الثلاث تساعد الجناة على تحمل مسئوليات سلوكياتهم وتعديلها وتمكين الضحايا من النجاح والتصدي لحوادث التسلط .

     وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن مشورة المجموعة الصغيرة عبارة عن طريقة فعالة لمساعدة الطلبة المتورطين بقضايا التسلط على سبيل المثال وصف (   Young (1998  إجراء وعملية لمرشدي المدارس لدعم المجموعات الصغيرة بين مؤيدي دعم الضحايا ، الجناة وأولئك الذين يعتقدون أنهم من مؤيدي الجناة  ، قدم (  2012 ,  Reber ) دليلاً بشان التأثير  الإيجابي لطلبة الصف الثامن  دورة تجربة  استشارة المجموعة  بشأن  مستويات تقدير الذات لدى الطلبة الذين يتعرضون إلى التسلط من قبل زملائهم ، واقترح (  Hall (2006 ) طريقة  "حل المشكلة معاً " (SPT) لدى المجموعة التي يمكن أن يساعدها مرشدو المدرسة بتوفير المعلومات ، الاتجاهات والمهارات التي تمكنهم في التعامل الفعال مع قضية التسلط ، وصف كل من( Perkins and Williamson (2010)  كيف تدمج مجموعات الحد من التسلط بالمدرسة كجزء من مشروع تعلم الخدمة الذي صممه ونفذه  استشارة الطلبة الخريجون  ، وهذه المقترحات تعقد عليها الآمال إذا اتخذ مرشدو المدارس زمام المبادرة وتنفيذ الخطوات اللازمة لتوعية وتجنيد الطلبة ( وبقية المربين بالمدرسة ) نحو الهدف المنشود .

الخاتمة والاتجاهات المستقبلية :
     العمل الحالي ليس شاملاً في محاولة لإلقاء الضوء على الحقائق وكشف زيف الأساطير حول التسلط . وكما توجد مفاهيم خاطئة أخرى بشأن سلوكيات المراهقين عبر الانترنت والمسح التجريبي واستعراض ما تناقلته وسائل الأعلام عن مشكلة التسلط  لا أساس لها من الصحة وزائفة حول طبيعة ومدى انتشار نتائج سلوكيات التسلط على الطلبة ، من الضروري المقارنة بين التأكيدات في الأدلة لفصل الخيال من الحقيقة ، وبلا شك هناك الكثير من يكشف اللثام عنه في قضية التسلط خاصة حول فعالية الجهود الرامية للتدخل السريع في هذه القضية ، ومع كتابة هذه السطور لا توجد عملية رسمية أو تقييم البرامج المصممة للمنع والرد على التسلط .

     هناك الكلام الكثير حول " ماذا نعمل " و" ما لا يجب عمله "   لكن تحتاج البيانات التي تم جمعها عن أثر النتائج على المدى القصير والطويل المتعلقة بهذه المبادرات ، وبما أن قضية التسلط  يهتم بها كثير من الناس والمؤسسات ( الطلبة ، العاملين بالمدرسة ، أولياء الأمور ، مقدمي خدمة الهاتف المحمول وشركات مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وشركات الألعاب الالكترونية والمشرعين والشرطة ) يجب أن تجرى الدراسات في المستقبل تكون شاملة ، وكثير من الأسئلة دون إجابة مثل أ- ما أنواع ردود أفعال أولياء الأمور في الحد من قضية التسلط ؟ ب-  ما تأثير برامج القرين المساعد ومقارنتها مع جهود الكبار للحد من قضية التسلط ؟  ج- ما أثر الدروس الخصوصية على النفس مثل ( ألعاب الفيديو التفاعلية )  في الحد من انتشار التسلط  د- ما الإجراءات والعمليات المفضلة لمنع التسلط ؟ ر- ما أساليب المراقبة والتوجيه المناسبة  لكل من المجالات البشرية والتكنولوجية  ؟

     وفقاً لكل من
(Falconer ,2011, According to Pearce, Cross, Monks, Waters)
فإن الخصائص المميزة لقضية التسلط تشكل تحديات جديدة لمستقبل الدراسات المتعلقة بمكافحة التسلط ، وكما أشرنا من قبل هذه التحديات تتمثل في مشكلة طبيعة المجهول ، وزيادة عدد الجمهور وعدم وجود رقابة على الفضاء الالكتروني وإمكانية الدخول إلى الانترنت خلال (24) ساعة والتغيرات السريعة للتكنولوجيا توجد باستمرار أجهزة جديدة التي تلحق الضرر للناس ، وهذه التحديات تنسجم مع تغيير المناظر الطبيعية في أجهزة التكنولوجيا وستستمر في جعل الدراسات في المستقبل في هذا المجال من الصعوبة بمكان أن تكون ضرورية ، وفي غضون ذلك التربويون والمهتمون بشئون الشباب عليهم مسئولية استخدام بدقة  المعلومات ، المناهج والمصادر الأخرى الواردة في الدراسات الحالية والمتاحة وقد يقع هؤلاء في فخ الاعتماد الحكمة التقليدية وغلو وسائل الأعلام في تحقيق النوايا الحسنة والجهود  المبذولة  في علاج قضية التسلط .
